About
I didn't start this with a five year plan or a pitch deck. I started it because I kept watching the same small frustration play out again and again. People stuck searching for an HSN code across ten browser tabs, hunting for an MCA detail that should have taken two seconds to find, losing time they should have spent on work that actually mattered to them.
For the last three years I have lived inside the real, unglamorous side of Indian compliance. GST filings, TDS, ROC work, audits, the kind of work nobody claps for, but the kind that has to be right every single time or someone's business pays for it. I have handled books for more companies than I can count on both hands, and somewhere in all those late evenings and quiet deadlines, I fell in love with the idea that this could be easier for people. Not harder. Not slower. Just easier.
TaxBro began as something I wished already existed when I needed it most. No funding, no big team behind me, no grand launch. Just me, my weekends, and a genuine wish to build something that helps. It is still growing, still a little rough around the edges in places, and I am okay with that. I would rather grow it honestly than pretend it is finished.
I am Sahil, based in Delhi, a B.Com graduate who simply believes good tools should feel effortless. They should not make you think twice. If something here saves you even ten quiet minutes today, then this has already done what I built it to do.
If you ever want to tell me what feels broken, what is missing, or what you wish this could do better, please reach out. I read every single message myself, and I mean that with my whole heart.
This is built on the timeless principles of Kirat Karo and Vand Chhako, to earn honestly and to share freely. That is the only business model this was ever truly meant to have.
With love,
Sahil Wadhwa
